About The Ministry

Our Logo

Our logo is made of two Hebrew words: Aleph – Tav (Hebrew is read from right to left) and the meaning is ‘the beginning and the end’ (Alpha and Omega in Greek). It is referring to Jesus Christ who is the beginning of everything and is the one who will end everything too.

Revelation 22:13-14 (NKJV)

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

Our Motto

“You cannot miss God’s will for you if you don’t want to miss it, because God re-calculates like a GPS!”

This means no matter how messed up your life may be, as long as you are breathing and willing, it is NEVER too late with God. He can still fix it if you allow Him to.

Romans 8:28 (NLT)

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

Charis Manna Ministry - Bible Study

Our Vision

Our vision is to correct the believers’ perception of God by teaching the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in order to prepare and send them to proclaim that message throughout the world.

Our Mission

We want to help believers understand and be grounded in the message of God’s unconditional love and grace; and train and equip them for the work of the ministry by teaching biblical knowledge and spiritual truths.

Statement of Faith

GOD

We believe in only one true God; but existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

1 John 5:7 (NKJV)

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, of His shed blood on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, of His bodily resurrection and ascension to the Father’s right hand. We do not believe that He is a way to the Father, but rather the only way through which we can receive righteousness, regeneration, sanctification, and glorification. He is, in fact, our salvation.

1 Corinthians 1:30-31 (NLT)

God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin.

Therefore, as the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the LORD.”

HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit, expressed with speaking in tongues according to Acts 1:8; 2:4; 9:17; 10:44-46; 11:15-16; and 19:6. We believe this experience is distinct from, and subsequent to, the new birth, and can be received by faith.

Galatians 3:2 (NLT)

Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not! You received the Spirit because you believed the message you heard about Christ.

THE SCRIPTURES

We believe that all of Scripture (i.e. both the Old and New Testament) is inspired by God, and is our final authority in all matters pertaining to doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NLT)

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realise what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.

SALVATION

We believe that everyone who repentance and by faith, receive the Lord Jesus as Saviour and Lord is born again.

Acts 20:20-21 (NLT)

I never shrank back from telling you what you needed to hear, either publicly or in your homes.

I have had one message for Jews and Greeks alike—the necessity of repenting from sin and turning to God, and of having faith in our Lord Jesus.

Romans 10:9-13 (NLT)

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.”

Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on him.

For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.”

HEALING

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross has provided healing for the human body ( 1 Peter 2:24).

1 Peter 2:24 (NLT)

He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed.

THE RESURRECTION

We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust; one to everlasting life and one to everlasting damnation.

Matthew 25:46 (NLT)

“And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

THE SECOND COMING

We believe in a literal, physical second return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 1:10 (NLT)

And they speak of how you are looking forward to the coming of God’s Son from heaven—Jesus, whom God raised from the dead. He is the one who has rescued us from the terrors of the coming judgment.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (NLT)

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the Christians who have died will rise from their graves.

Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.

THE CHURCH

We believe that the universal church is made up of all true believers who have received salvation through Christ. We also believe in and encourage fellowship with a local church.

Ephesians 1:22-23 (NLT)

God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church.

And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.

Hebrews 10:25 (NLT)

And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT

We believe that spiritual gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit are for the common good and building up of others today (1 Corinthians 12:7).

1 Corinthians 12:7 (NLT)

A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other.
